Natalie worked previously as a regional Young Ambassador intern for Sport Wales and also runs her own dance school. Natalie is leading on the South Wales, Sport Wales funded project and also helping deliver the U DO IT! Community sessions and Young Ambassador Programme.
FOUNDER & TRUSTEE
Simon is the Founder and CEO of the United Dance Organisation which is widely regarded as the World’s largest Street Dance organisation. UDO is now a tremendous success and Simon wanted to give back to the dance community. In 2014, he founded UDOIT! and has tirelessly donated time, expertise and financial backing. This support will continue as more partners come on board and help the foundation stand on its own two feet and achieve Simon’s original objectives for the Foundation.
David has worked in the public, private and voluntary sectors, enjoying several CEO and Chair roles, and specialising in sport, recreation and culture. He served as the Government’s senior advisor on sport and chaired Business in Sport & Leisure, the Physical Activity Alliance, British Fencing, the Inst of Groundsmanship and Goodform Ltd. He is an active musician
Aleen is a corporate lawyer who is a partner at a City law firm. She was a board member of Business in Sport and Leisure. Aleen has experience in corporate governance.
Calvin is a professional dancer. In his professional career, Calvin has danced for artists including JLS, Cheryl Cole, Alexandra Burke, Leona Lewis, Sugababes, MOBO Awards, Kano, Plan B, Brit Awards, X-Factor, Miss Dynamite, Mel B, and Latoyah Jackson. Calvin is a Head Judge for United Dance Organisation and is also a Head Examiner for UDO Academy. His passion is encouraging others, especially young people to follow their dreams and dance.
Lizzie is a Professional Dancer. Lizzie has worked with a huge variety of artists including Take That. Lizzie has appeared on a number of TV Dance shows as a contestant, Judge, Presenter and Choreographer. Lizzie is also a Head Judge for United Dance Organisation and a Head Examiner for UDO Academy. Lizzie has great qualities and really enjoys seeing young people progress through dance. One of her highlights of 2016 was teaching an inclusive class of children for Disability Sport Wales.
